Apple launched sales of its new MagSafe Duo Charger in Canada and the United States this afternoon. The charging accessory has MagSafe on one side and a charger for Apple Watch on the other. MagSafe Duo is priced at $169 in Canada and is delivering by this Friday, as of writing.
“The MagSafe Duo Charger conveniently charges your compatible iPhone, Apple Watch, Wireless Charging Case for AirPods, and other Qi-certified devices. Just place your devices on the charger and a steady, efficient charge begins on contact. The charger folds together neatly so you can easily take it with you wherever you go,” explains Apple.
MagSafe Duo comes with a 1 metre USB-C to Lightning cable, but you’ll need to get your own 20W USB-C Power Adapter for faster wireless charging up to 11W. Want to charge higher than 14W? Then you’ll need a 27W or higher USB-C Power Adapter.
