Apple has aired a new iPhone 5s TV ad titled ‘Strength’, which showcases how the smartphone coupled with various fitness apps and accessories can whip you into shape.

With the power of iPhone 5s, you’re more powerful than you think.

The ad showcases a variety of fitness and health related accessories such as the Zepp Golf sensor, Wahoo Fitness bike mount and Withings Smart Scale.

As for the song “Chicken Fat” used in the ad, it was written by American actor Robert Preston, who was asked to create a song for the President’s Council on Physical Fitness program in 1961 to encourage school children to do more daily physical activity. Sounds like a good time to bring this song back for today’s kids, in particular those glued to iOS devices.

Earlier this week at WWDC, Apple announced HealthKit and the Health app in iOS 8, which will help users consolidate fitness info from a variety of apps and accessories.
