First Three Episodes of The Big Door Prize is now Available to Stream on Apple TV+ in Canada
The Big Door Prize, starring Chris O'Dowd, has premiered its first three episodes on Apple TV+.
Apple CarPlay Now Supports WhatsApp to Send and Receive Messages
Apple’s CarPlay solution now supports its first third-party messaging app, as users of Facebook-owned WhatsApp can now send and receive messages in the car.
The change was noticed by Dutch site iCulture, who says once you update WhatsApp for iOS to the latest version (2.18.20), you’ll soon see an icon within CarPlay appear.
CarPlay and WhatsApp will allow you to:
- Listen to unread messages via Siri as they are incoming
- Send new messages via Siri
- Add WhatsApp to the Multitasking sidebar in CarPlay, to replace the Phone or Messages app
There are limitations though, as WhatsApp in CarPlay will not let you browse your list of existing chats, as you can only use Siri, unlike Apple’s Messages within CarPlay.
