Apple this morning brought its rumoured 16-inch MacBook Pro to life, unveiling the new notebook with an all-new keyboard, display, speakers, improved battery life and more.
The 16-inch MacBook Pro replaces the 15.4-inch MacBook Pro, with the outgoing model no longer available on Apple.ca for purchase.
However, if you’re seeking a 15.4-inch MacBook Pro, it’s still available via the Apple.ca online refurbished store.
You can currently buy a refurbished 15.4-inch MacBook Pro (July 2018) with 2.6GHz 6-core Intel Core i7, 16GB RAM and a 512GB SSD in Space Grey for $2,659 CAD, savings of $910, along with other configurations, all the way up to just under $5,000 CAD.
Apple’s 2019 16-inch MacBook Pro starts at $2,999 CAD with a 2.6GHz 6-core 9th-generation Intel Core i7 processor, AMD Radeon Pro 5300M graphics card, 16GB of RAM, 512GB SSD and the new scissor-switch keyboard. You may be better off paying extra to get that new keyboard, increased battery life, speakers, mic, design and more.
