Hands On: 2024 LEGO City and Spider-Man Advent Calendars

2024 LEGO Advent Calendars launched earlier this month, and we recently got the chance to go hands-on with the LEGO City and Spider-Man versions.

The LEGO City Advent Calendar has 195 pieces that make up the 24 surprises as part of the countdown to Christmas. The set is packed with festive characters, seasonal mini builds, and fun accessories, aimed at children aged 5 and up.

Minifigures include Santa, Mrs. Claus, and characters in Christmas sweaters, along with a cute dog figure to add to the holiday cheer.

The calendar includes a fold-out playmat, which sets the scene for a snowy winter village, allowing for creative stories and imaginative play. Each surprise toy includes easy, step-by-step building instructions printed inside its window.

This advent calendar can be combined with other LEGO City sets, expanding play. These LEGO Advent Calendars are a great alternative to candy or chocolate-based countdowns to Christmas Day.
This LEGO City 2024 Advent Calendar is available for $39 on Amazon.ca.

The LEGO Marvel Spider-Man 2024 Advent Calendar also includes a festive collection of minifigures and seasonal builds, aimed at builders of all ages.

The set includes five minifigures: Spider-Man, Green Goblin, Miles Morales, Ghost-Spider, and Venom, bringing a lineup of heroes and villains to life. Also included is a unique snow-themed Spider-Ham.

The calendar showcases Peter Parker’s desk (the dude needs to do homework when he’s not Spider-Man). There’s also Electro’s winter tree as well.

Additionally, two small cars are included for kids to race. Any Spider-Man fan will enjoy this LEGO Advent Calendar with its holiday-themed suprises.

We can tell you that any kid or adult that enjoys LEGO will have fun with these advent calendars. We sure did as they are super simple to build, with each surprise full of fun details.
The 2024 LEGO Marvel Spider-Man Advent Calendar is on sale right now for $48 on Amazon.ca ($10 off).
