You Can Now Buy the OnePlus Pad Go 2 in Canada
You can now buy the OnePlus Pad Go 2 in Canada and the U.S.
OnePlus announced earlier today that the Pad Go 2 is officially on sale, with orders open through the company’s website starting now. The tablet is aimed at students, creatives, and everyday users looking for a lightweight device for schoolwork, entertainment, and basic productivity.
OnePlus says the Pad Go 2 focuses on long battery life and a sharp display, making it suitable for tasks like note-taking, streaming videos, and getting work done on the go. Pricing starts from $549 CAD in Canada, making this Android tablet rival the regular pricing of Apple’s entry iPad (on sale for $389 instead of $499). But you get a way better display.
To mark the launch, OnePlus is running a series of promotions that will be available until December 31.
Buyers can choose a free accessory, either a Folio Case or a Stylo, though the Stylus is available in limited quantities. Students are eligible for a 10 percent discount, and shoppers can also get 30 percent off Pad Go 2 accessories when bundled with the tablet.
In our hands-on with the Pad Go 2, the tablet did exactly as it was advertised to do. The display is nice and it’s the perfect tablet to second screen while you’re watching TV or need a coffee table tablet to do research or work.
There are trade-in offers as well. Customers can receive a guaranteed US$30 or CA$40 instant credit when trading in any device in any condition, or a guaranteed US$30 or CA$40 cash-back bonus when purchasing with a trade-in.

Pricing in article looks like copy/paste USA – it’s 549 in Canada. Still a decent price for someone looking for a tablet bigger than a base iPad but not as exciting as 399
When oneplus costs more than Apple, you know they’ve completely abandoned their raison d’être
