Haven’t placed your 9.7-inch iPad Pro pre-order yet? You can do so from Costco.ca, as the retailer has 32GB and 128GB models available for almost the same price as Apple (well, $0.99 more):
Costco.ca also offers the 12.9-inch iPad Pro Wi-Fi in 128GB for $1239.99 ($10 cheaper than Apple.ca).
Why buy from Costco? For starters, if you have a Costco gift card to use, this would be the perfect time to use it on Apple products there. Also, Costco offers a 90 day return policy on electronics, which is longer than the 15 calendar day window from Apple. This longer window may allow you to decide whether the 9.7-inch model is for you or not.
Update: Forgot to mention Executive members get 2% cash back, so on a $799 iPad Pro purchase that’s just under $16 back (thanks @robbahd)
Currently, 9.7-inch iPad Pro models listed on the site note they won’t ship until March 31, the day of the tablet’s launch in Canada and beyond. You most likely will have to wait another week or so to get your iPad Pro.

Is it normal they only have certain colours at launch?
It’s not out of the ordinary. Other authorized Apple resellers like Koodo only has a couple iPhone SE colours. Could change as more stock becomes available.
Thanks! Ordered a 128 anyways even though first choice of colour would be silver/white. The return policy is hard to beat in case I change my mind and want a different model.
