As noticed by a MacRumors forum member residing in the UK, Apple is listing some iTunes movies in 4K and HDR:
In a discussion topic on the MacRumors forums, Jackson shared a screenshot of his iTunes purchase history with the 2016 film Passengers listed as “Movie (4K, HDR)” under the Type column. However, he said iTunes only let him download the movie in HD quality, which is either 720p or 1080p depending on the content.

The listings with 4K and HDR can be seen for some titles in Canada, according to MacRumors’ Joe Rossignol.
Back in February, Bloomberg reported Apple was set to roll out a new 4K capable Apple TV as soon as this year, and it could support high-dynamic range (HDR), which shows more vivid colours.
In March, developer logs detailed an unknown device, named AppleTV6,2, running tvOS 11.0, suggesting a new Apple TV could be coming soon. The current fourth generation Apple TV supports video only up to 1080P.
