iFixit’s Apple iPhone XR Teardown Has Started [u]
iFixit has begun their teardown of Apple’s iPhone XR, which launched today in Canada and other countries worldwide.
So far, iFixit says there are similarities to the iPhone XS when it comes to the iPhone XR opening procedure, such as the use of pentalobe screws, but they were non-colour matched.
iFixit says the inside of the iPhone XR looks “like a fun hybrid between the 8 and the X.” The iPhone XR has the best battery life of any iPhone to date, according to recent reviews by the media.
