Spotify Confirms its Disco Ball App Icon Will be Retired This Week
The standard Spotify app logo replaced by the disco ball refresh. Many of whom didn't take a strong liking to it.

Just click the icon of the app, and it becomes free.
That's really weird. The screenshot taken above was from iTunes on my Mac. Maybe they are updating. It should be free though!

when i first got to the site it says free. (i did something and when i come back and click the display says buy app…. click buy and message says “purchase of this item is not currently available”. clicking the icon doesn’t work either. early birds were lucky!

Seems to have worked for me in the US store at about 1230 PST on 12/07. It took several tries.
I just downloaded it off itunes after i noticed that i couldn’t get it on my iphone’s app store.. i hope this helps
Well, I give up. I even tried rebooting – clicking on the icon no longer changes it to free, and iTunes still says it can't complete the request. There are times when I HATE Apple.
I think I might get this. I just signed up for Twitter and find is very addictive! 🙂
