Study Reveals People Will Give Up Sex and Caffeine to Keep Their Smartphone

How much do you love your smartphone? In a recent study by TeleNav, their U.S. research revealed some interesting facts about how addicted we are to our smartphones. Here are some of the more notable stats:

• One-third of all respondents would be more willing to give up sex for a week than their mobile phone.

• Of the respondents who indicated they would be more willing to give up sex than their mobile phone for a week, 70% were women.

• iPhone users (43%) were more likely to say they’d go a week without shoes than Android users (27%) or BlackBerry users (25%).

The iPhone has become an extension of my body. However, there are places you should not check your phone, like when you’re having dinner or watching a movie. That’s just over the top.
