Time to rejoice Koodo customers as an official Koodo Self Serve App is heading your way. As noted by MobileSyrup, the app which lets Koodo users manage their accounts, is due for a public launch in first week of September on iOS as well as Android and Blackberry platforms.
The Self Serve App (screenshot below) is reportedly a feature packed application that lets customers perform all kinds of account management functions ranging from credit card bill payments to managing Essential Numbers list. The app will compatible with devices running iOS 4.0 or higher, BlackBerry devices running OS 5.0 or higher and Android OS 2.2 or above.
Koodo Self Serve App will allow customers to:
Check usage
Check e-bill
Pay via the app using a credit card
Add/remove add-ons
Manage 5 Essential Numbers list
View rate plans
Ask the Community questions and get answers
In addition, the app will also feature a “What’s New” section that will display the latest phones and promos.
