Intuit launched an iOS optimized mobile site for QuickBooks Online back in April, but now the company has officially announced the release of QuickBooks Online Mobile, a dedicated app for the iPhone and iPad.
QuickBooks Online Mobile enables businesses to stay productive on the go by utilizing the following features:
Creating, editing, and emailing professional invoices and estimates
Viewing and editing customer information
Tracking sales and email sales receipts to clients
Recording which invoices to apply payments to
“QuickBooks Online Mobile is ideal for entrepreneurs on the go because it allows them to tap into key data 24/7,” said Shane Hamby, senior product manager at Intuit. “It empowers entrepreneurs to stay plugged into their customers and clients, so that they never miss a beat.”
As of the end of October 2012, QuickBooks Online has over 399,000 paying subscribers and more than 1.3 million paying users worldwide, making it the world’s number one cloud accounting software.
