Apple Updates App Store Guidelines With Enforced Rules Against Low-Effort Apps
Within the App Store Guidelines support page, Apple urges developers not to "submit apps that are indistinguishable from what's already widely available."

Electronic Arts is definitely getting festive again this year, as they have announced a massive holiday sale. Every iOS title for either the iPhone or iPad has been discounted to $0.99 or free:

You can check out the entire list of games on sale here. Previous EA sales had some titles excluded in Canada, but after a quick check, every title here is either $0.99 or free as stated. This would be the time to pick up the HD iPad titles you’ve been waiting for.

Ok, I’ve figured it out. Clicking the link in your article takes me to an EA page with all the games and they all have links to iTunes. Clicking on some of those links gives me the error. If I go directly to iTunes and try to download the games, they work fine. Weird.
