Rogers Launches LTE Network in 7 New Markets Today

Rogers has announced today it has launched its LTE network in 7 additional markets, part of its earlier expansion plans:
- Airdrie, Alberta;
- Keswick; Ontario
- Hamilton, including Grimsby in Ontario
- Orillia, Ontario
- Stratford, Ontario
- Ottawa, including Kanata, Nepean, Gloucester, Stittsville and Cumberland
The company tells us they are the first carrier to light up LTE in Stratford and Orillia, plus all of these cities (except for Airdrie) will also be running the new 2600 MHz LTE spectrum (in addition to 2100 MHz), which will support devices such as the BlackBerry Q10, Samsung Galaxy S4, Rocket Stick, Rocket Hub and Rocket Mobile Hotspot.
Let us know how those LTE speeds are!
