If you’re the type of person who likes to wander around at home in your underwear, it can be frustrating because there are no pockets to hold your precious iPhone. It can be difficult to follow Twitter, Facebook and Instagram by holding and carrying your device everywhere, right?
Luckily, there’s a solution for this first world problem, as Danieal Cormier of Quispamsis, New Brunswick has created underwear with pockets to hold your cellphone, available for $15.95 for a pre-ordered pair.
We did a double take when we saw this CBC story but followed up with Cormier ourselves to learn more about his entrepreneurial underwear activities. He tells us the idea hatched when he was “spending a lazy day at home in just my underwear, and wanting to put my phone in my pocket, but underwear (at the time) didn’t come with pockets.”
He was tired of carrying his iPhone 5 around everywhere at the time, so he began his search for underwear with pockets online—except there were none. So what’s a 20 year old to do? Create your own!
The ‘Danieal: Underwear with Pockets’ is now available online and at select retail stores in New Brunswick. They come with 9-inch deep pockets and Cormier tells us they will easily accommodate the iPhone 4/4S, iPhone 5/S and other smartphones.
Cormier told the CBC “I really wanted other people to know and to experience the convenience of it,” emphasizing “It’s changed my life a lot.” So there you go. Underwear with pockets to hold your iPhone. Now that’s living the dream, right? You learn more by visiting the Danieal website here.
