Pioneer Canada has announced a new limited edition Bluetooth speaker called ‘FreeMe’ set to launch here in November, aimed at those looking for a sleek, stylish speaker to take with them on the road.
The portable speaker wrapped in rich brown genuine leather on top and bottom weighs 340 grams and will connect to your iPhone or any other compatible device via Bluetooth 3.0, and will allow 7 hours of battery life on a full charge. The speaker also will allow users to take hands-free calls and has one-touch pairing, plus has NFC to allow for easy pairing for supported devices. There’s also an 3.5mm AUX port for direct wired connections.
The FreeMe has two full range speakers to bring 360 degrees of sound, comes with a carrying pouch, stereo mini-plug cable and AC adapter, while the accompanying Pioneer BT Streaming iOS app will be supported. The FreeMe will retail for $229 CAD and will be available at specialty electronics retailers this November.
