Costco Canada quietly launched their own iPhone app back in late August and now it’s starting to make some waves, as it has been recently trending in App Store searches.
The app allows members to easily check weekly offers on iPhone (the flyers handed out at stores), choose their local warehouse to see hours, contact info (telephone numbers and email) and more.
The app does have a web wrapper for checking out Costco.ca and finding out common information, but the coolest feature is the ability to upload photos from your iPhone directly to the Photo Centre for printing.

• WAREHOUSE INFO: See details about your nearest Costco including hours of operation and holiday hours, and navigate straight to the warehouse.
• PHOTOS: Upload photos straight from your phone to the Costco Photo Centre – share, format and order prints for pickup.
The app previously was only available to US customers but this Canadian version of the app looks like a decent start for Costco addicts (like yours truly). It could be the start of some of the easiest ways to order photos for printing directly from your iPhone.
As seen in the images above, you can quickly and easily choose which photo sizes you want to order, and with prices starting at $0.10 for a 4×6, there’s no reason not to print images.
