Apple’s iPhone 5 Sleep/Wake Button Fix Program Extended into 2016
Apple launched a free replacement program for the iPhone 5 Sleep/Wake button last April and now it has been extended into 2016, as spotted by Apfelpage (via MacRumors).
The replacement program page was updated to note “The program covers iPhone 5 models for 3 years after the first retail sale of the unit.” Apple explains models manufactured through March 2013 may be affected by the sporadically working Sleep/Wake button, which means the program goes until 2016.

You can visit the iPhone 5 Sleep/Wake button replacement program page here to see if your device qualifies.
Last week, we reported Apple similarly extended its iPhone 5 Battery Replacement Program.
