Facebook Debuts ‘Music Stories’: Share Songs from Apple Music, Spotify
Facebook this morning has announced a new “Music Stories” feature, to be available within the company’s iPhone app, as “a new post format which allows people to listen to a 30-second preview of the shared song (or album).”

Previews will be streamed from Apple Music or Spotify based on the source link shared, which can also result in purchases from either service. Users will also preview songs directly through Facebook, the company explains, which will make for easier one-click iTunes purchases or adding to your Spotify library.
Facebook explains more streaming music services will arrive soon, while they plan to also improve this feature so “artists will share more, friends will share and engage more, and music will become a better part” of the social network.
