Apple’s WWDC 2016 Likely Scheduled Between June 13–17

You don’t have to be an Apple developer to understand the importance of what June represents for the community: the annual Worldwide Developer Conference, which means an Apple keynote revealing the direction the company will take over the next half of the year, software sessions, and workshops for participating developers.

While we wait for Apple to announce the official dates of WWDC 2016, MacRumors went ahead and checked the scheduling information of the Moscone Center, which is available online. This is another constant of the event, given that the developer conference has always taken place at Moscone West for several reasons, one of them being the large number of attendees.

Based on the place’s availability, it appears that the possible dates for the annual conference are between June 13 and June 17. The reason is pretty obvious: the Moscone West is available for five full days only during that timeframe.

In the first week of June, the place is booked for an SF Travel Association Annual Luncheon, on the second week for a Biotechnology Industry Organization conference, and on the fourth week for an International Society for Stem Cell Research conference.

While there is no other information that could underpin MacRumors’ conclusion, June 13–17 seems like a good guess.
