Vice and Apple Music to Release Music Docu-Series “The Score”
Apple Music in association with Vice, is set to release a new docu-series called “The Score” consisting of six episodes, that will take a hard look at some interesting local music scenes from around the world, TechCrunch is reporting.
From the techno scene in South Africa to the hip hop coming straight out of Minnesota’s Native American nations, each episode will also accompany a specially made playlist on Apple Music.
Episode One follows the music found on the Red Lake Reservation in Minnesota, called “Reservation Rap”, inspired by the culture and the history of the Ojibwa people. Other episodes will show the Vice crew traveling to places like Brazil, Iceland and Vietnam, among others.
