Rogers has a couple new ads highlighting its customer service offers, such as being able to be reached via Facebook Messenger, and also their concierge service for moves.
Last December, Rogers announced customer care through Facebook Messenger, touting they were the first carrier to do so. The service is available from 7AM to midnight, seven days a week, and is part of what CEO Guy Laurence said is their plan to “bring our customers the best self-service in the world.”
Another ad highlights the company’s Moves Concierge service, which the company says is a “free, dedicated representative” you can call or email during your move, to ensure your Rogers services see a smooth transition to your new home.
