So is $9.99 for the app plus editing or anothers $9.99 for the app and more $9.99 for to editing?
$13.99 Canadian seems to be another in-app purchase for PDF editing.
So totals is $9.99+$13.99=$lots.99
Not just $9.99 I guessing.
