BCLC Lotto! iPhone and iPad App Lets You Scan and Check Lottery Tickets
The British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC) has updated their official iOS app called Lotto! to allow players to check their BC lottery tickets anytime and anywhere. The app uses your iOS device’s camera to scan the barcode on your ticket to determine if it’s a winner.

You will be able to scan the following lottery tickets:
- LOTTO MAX
- Lotto 6/49
- BC/49
- DAILY GRAND
- Keno
- Scratch & Win
- Pacific Hold’em Poker
- BC 50/50
- Poker Lotto
- Sports Action
Customers will be able to find out instantly if they’re winners, plus check winning results in past draws.
Click here to download Lotto! in the App Store.

I’ve been using the app to check tickets for a few months. It was widely advertised at the BC Lotto Kiosks. The second ticket I scanned said I’d won $20 as the familiar sound played. When I went to cash in it said ‘not a winner’. Checked again on the phone and there it was: ‘Not a winner.’ I always double-check.
It’s about time this app is available. Long time coming.
This app it’s not good. Because I never win. 🙂
Lol…get that 1-star review ready 😛
