Square Enix Montreal has announced its successful 2014 mobile game, Hitman Sniper, has surpassed 10 million players. The company says to celebrate this milestone, Hitman Sniper for iOS and Android will be a free download for the first time since its release, available at no charge until April 4, 2018.
Square Enix said in a press release since the game’s launch four years ago, “the competitive mobile shooter has become one of Square Enix Montréal’s key titles, with worldwide recognition.”
Despite being an older title, Hitman Sniper continues to receive seasonal themed content, game optimization and in-game additions, to “enhance” gameplay for users.
