McDonald’s for iOS Now Lets You Collect Coffee Stamps Digitally

McDonald’s has released a digital version of its McCafe Rewards card, which lets customers collect coffee stamps in its iOS app.

The McCafe Rewards program offers one free medium beverage when 7 hot beverages are purchased. The new digital version of the card now shows up in the McDonald’s iOS app, allowing customers to load up the card and scan it at restaurants.

While customers get to scan and collect a digital stamp, coffee cups received should still contain the physical McCafe Rewards stamp, so this means one can double-dip and fast-track their free coffee redemptions.

According to the app, the digital McCafe Rewards is valid at participating locations in BC, Alberta, the Quebec City Area, Quebec, and Halifax, Nova Scotia and surrounding areas.
