Last week, we told you about Carrot Rewards launching their Carrot Plus program. Well as of today, Carrot Plus has become official, as the Carrot Rewards has also announced it has reached a 1 million user milestone.
Carrot Rewards allows users to earn points with daily step goals, while integrating with Apple Health. Users can collect points from Aeroplan, SCENE, Petro-Points, More Rewards, Drop points and RBC Rewards.
With Carrot Plus, a new paid subscription model says it will offer users bonus miles, depending on how much they pay per month. Carrot Plus 2x, 5x and 10x is available for $1.99, $3.99 or $5.99 per month, with cheaper annual options. Subscriptions are billed through your iTunes account.

If you collect these reward points and walk frequently, using 20% off iTunes cards from Costco to pay for Carrot Plus may result in some extra points/miles, with some work (and if the math works out).
Carrot Rewards is currently only available in BC, Ontario and Newfoundland. A nationwide rollout was planned for November 1, 2018, but Carrot Rewards recently said it will now take place in early 2019.
