Within the App Store Guidelines support page, Apple urges developers not to "submit apps that are indistinguishable from what's already widely available."
Fortnite iOS App Gets ‘Rogue Agent Pack’ Exclusive for the Holidays
Apple has announced the App Store has an exclusive for Fortnite fans, as The Rogue Agent Pack is back again for a limited time only, for the holidays. The pack originally launched back in March but if you missed it, now’s your chance to nab it again.
