Telus flanker brand Koodo appears to be targeting existing customers with a new promotion, offering a $60 per month plan with 15GB of data, when users upgrade to a new phone on a Tab Small plan.
According to RFD, multiple users are seeing this when logging into their Koodo accounts online. There will be a purple star in the top right corner if an offer is available. The offer reads:
Get a $60 15GB rate plan when you upgrade to select phones with Tab Small and up. Pick an eligible phone and go to the plans page to redeem. Offer valid until February 28, 2019. Conditions apply.
A Tab Small plan with 15GB data in Quebec isn’t available, as the closest plan is $76 for 12GB. In Ontario, the largest Tab Small plan is $120 for 12GB.
Apple’s iPhone SE is available on a Tab Small plan, which offers $240 in subsidies upfront, which you pay off over two years ($10 x 24 months).
The offer appears to be targeted towards Koodo customers in Quebec, but you may want to login and check your account anyways.
