Global TV for iOS Gets Major Update with New Homepage and More

Global TV for iOS has been updated with a new homepage and layout, in what the company is calling “one of our biggest updates for iOS ever!”

The company says its new homepage has a “larger emphasis on the Global shows you love,” now showing a carousel versus just individual shows like before.

If you favourite a show within My Global, it will now appear on your homepage for quick access under “Favourite Shows”.

To make it easier to continue watching where you left off, shows you’ve started watching will now be shown in a “Continue Watching” section at the top of the app.



The bottom tabs in the new Global TV app are the same as before, except “Featured” has been replaced with “Home”. The new homepage layout is more densely packed to let users browse more shows faster.
