
Arlo Announces Apple HomeKit Support for Arlo Pro, Pro 2 Cameras
Arlo Smart Home has today announced Apple HomeKit support for its Wi-Fi security cameras, allowing owners to use voice commands to access and control multiple Arlo cameras from one place. To take full advantage of HomeKit features, however, a supported and connected Arlo Pro or Pro 2 camera is required.
Apple HomeKit now works with #Arlo Pro 2 and Arlo Pro cameras.

In order to connect an Arlo Pro or Pro 2 camera with Apple HomeKit, here’s what you need:
- An Arlo Pro or Pro 2 camera
- The Apple Home app
- The Arlo app
- An Arlo Base Station (VMB4000 or VMB4500)
- The following base station firmware version or newer:
– VMB4000: 1.14.0.2_2776
– VMB4500: 1.14.0.2_2777
