The Pacific National Exhibition (PNE) takes place annually in Vancouver, B.C., with this year’s fair taking place from August 17 to September 2.
If you want to save on fair admission, the PNE iOS and Android app is offering discounted $2 admission on the opening weekend of August 17 and August 18. All you need to do is show the app on your smartphone.
Adult PNE Fair tickets are regularly $18, so the discount is saving you 88% off. For child gate passes ($5), the $2 fare saves you 60% off, while you save 71% off senior gate passes (normally $7).

With the money saved on admission, you can spend it on mini donuts and parking on some old lady’s driveway nearby (just don’t forget where you parked).
