Apple has released software updates for older devices, with iOS 12.4.2, watchOS 5.3.2 and macOS Mojave 10.14.6 now available for download.
iOS 12.4.2 is available for iPhones and iPads which do not support iOS 13. If you have one of the following older devices, you can install iOS 12.4.2:

iPad mini 2 (Wi-Fi) (iPad4,4)

iPhone 5s (GSM/LTE) (iPhone6,1)

As for watchOS 5.3.2, that is available for Apple Watch Series 1 and Series 2 models.
Good to see Apple still showing some love for older devices not part of iOS 13. You can expect most likely bug and security fixes with these updates.
