What’s Coming to BritBox Canada in October 2019

The BBC’s BritBox streaming service launched in Canada last year, offering British originals and other television series.

For October, highlights include a live stream of the 2019 Britannia Awards, honouring Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Jane Fonda, Jordan Peele, Jackie Chan and Steve Coogan, to go with the North American premiere of mystery, “The Bay.”

October 18, 2019: Blandings (New to BritBox)
October 21, 2019: Country File: Autumn Diaries (North American Premiere)

October 25, 2019: Taggart, Seasons 9-11 (BritBox Premiere)
October 25, 2019: Britannia Awards (World Premiere) LIVE NOW Title
October 29, 2019: Jekyll and Hyde

Earlier this year, BritBox announced the service hit 500,000 subscribers in Canada and the USA.

BritBox is now available for $8.99 per month in Canada—after an 7-day free trial. Content can be viewed on Roku, Apple TV 4th Gen, iOS, Android, AirPlay, Chromecast, Amazon Channels and online.
