Bell to Raise and Lower Pricing of Select Wireless Plans by Up to $10/Month
According to internal documents, Bell plans to lower wireless pricing on select plans starting October 22, 2019.
Bell’s ‘no overage’ plans with unlimited data (throttled 512 Kbps speeds after caps exceeded) are lowering as follows, according to documents seen by MobileSyrup:
- Unlimited and Shared $95/20GB plan —> $90/20GB (-$5)
- Unlimited and Shared $125/50GB plan —> $115/50GB (-$10)
But the price changes aren’t all good news. Bell is increasing the price of its $85/10GB BYOD share plan by $10 per month, increasing it to $95 per month.
These price changes aren’t applicable in Saskatchewan, Manitoba or Quebec.
It’ll be interesting if Rogers and Telus follow suit with Bell on these wireless plan changes.
