How to Use iOS 13’s Built-in ‘Find My’ App to Locate Lost Devices [VIDEO]

Apple’s latest iOS 13 includes a built-in ‘Find My’ app that not only lets you share your location with friends but also helps you locate your missing devices, even if they’ve gone offline. The app can be used to find an iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple Watch, as well as the AirPods.

Although Apple has previously published a support article on its website detailing how to use the Find My app to locate your missing device, it has now shared a new video on YouTube that describes the whole process step by step.

Before you proceed, make sure you do the following:

  • Update your iPhone or iPod touch to iOS 13 or later.
  • Update your Apple Watch to the latest watchOS.
  • Turn on Location Services and Find My [device].
