Scotiabank iOS App Update: Dark Mode Support, Quick Balance Widget Returns and More

Scotiabank update ios 13

Scotiabank for iOS was updated today to support Dark Mode in iOS 13 and more. When you enable Dark Mode in iOS 13, it makes white backgrounds turn dark, for easier viewing at night.

Also returning is the Quick Balance widget, which lets customers see balances without signing in. This feature was removed when Scotiabank released its redesigned app back in May.

Other updates include the ability to see your combined account balances, history of your bill payments and also deregister from the TransUnion Credit Score feature.



Scotiabank says a future update will bring the ability to reverse same-day bill payments and also edit pending bill payments and transfers in the app.
