Spark for iOS Gets All-New Design, Avatars, Dark Mode, And More

Readdle’s Spark mail app for iPhone and iPad has just received tons of new features, including an all-new design, avatars, customizable email actions, as well as the much-awaited Dark Mode. “Spark’s UI has been completely redesigned to be cleaner, simpler, and more beautiful,” notes Readdle.

Wit the all-new Spark, keeping up with the email threads and conversations is a lot easier, thanks to the new thread design and a revamped email viewer. Avatars, which let you quickly spot the important emails in your inbox, are now automatically created and updated in Spark by using logos from popular services. 

You can now also personalize Spark’s toolbar with your own favourite email actions. Options to personalize your toolbar can be found by heading to Settings > Email Viewer > Personalize toolbar. The app has been fully optimised for iPadOS 13 as well, including support for multiple windows and split view.

Following the Dark Mode release in Spark for Mac last year, Readdle has finally rolled out the dark theme for iOS and Android versions of Spark. The app offers a Dark Color Scheme for all iOS devices as well as a darker Black Color Scheme that’s especially beneficial on OLED screens.
