Facebook’s New Care Reactions Let Users Show Support During COVID-19 Crisis
In an attempt to make it easier for people to show how much they care for their loved ones amid the Coronavirus pandemic forcing everyone to stay indoors, Facebook has decided to expand its like reactions with new Care reactions.
We’re launching new Care reactions on @facebookapp and @Messenger as a way for people to share their support with one another during this unprecedented time.
We hope these reactions give people additional ways to show their support during the #COVID19 crisis. pic.twitter.com/HunGyK8KQw

The social networking giant hopes the new reactions will help people feel “a bit more connected” with their friends and family during the ongoing global lockdowns.
Facebook will be rolling out the new care reactions globally on its official app, Messenger, and the website next week. Users will be able to access these alongside the other like button reactions.
