‘Harry Potter and The Sorcerer’s Stone’ Exclusive Audio Readings Hit Spotify

Wizarding World and J.K. Rowling have today announced that they are bringing weekly audio recordings of the timeless first Harry Potter book, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s/Philosopher’s Stone, exclusively to Spotify and Spotify Kids.

Some of the best-loved names from the global entertainment, music, sport, and Wizarding World have lent their voices to the story they love. The first chapter, “The Boy Who Lived,” will be narrated by Daniel Radcliffe. 

Every week, stars such as David Beckham, Stephen Fry, Dakota Fanning, Claudia Kim, Eddie Redmayne, Noma Dumezweni, and more will read parts of this iconic book.

Available today, Daniel Radcliffe is reading chapter one with new chapters releasing each week between now and the end of June.

Like all podcast content on Spotify, the audio experience of these readings will be available for both free and Premium users, and on the new standalone Spotify Kids app that’s exclusively available to Premium Family subscribers in select markets.
