Twitter Has Enabled Users to Schedule Tweets via the Web App
Twitter now supports the ability to schedule tweets directly from the web app. This feature has been widely requested as previous means meant users must use third-party apps or social media management software.
Twitter Support published a tweet announcing the new feature. As demonstrated by the short video, a new option will appear when composing a tweet. In the ‘Schedule’ menu, users can select the time, date, and select the timezone their in to properly schedule their tweet.

As of right now, the new feature is only accessible on Twitter’s web app. Any drafts composed on mobile, for instance, will not be synced for use to schedule on the web app. All tweets crafted to scheduling purposes must be written through the web app directly.
Previously, users had to download third-party apps or use software such as Tweetdeck or Hootsuite in order to schedule a tweet to be published. In November of last year, Twitter began running an experiment, allowing select users to test the scheduling feature.
With the newly added scheduling feature out in the wild, Twitter users will undoubtedly turn their attention towards an edit feature, another highly requested feature.
