Now for the month of November, below are the top Alexa updates you should know about.

Echo red

To mark World AIDS Day this year, Amazon partnered with (RED) to announce the limited-edition (echo)RED. The company will donate $10 from each (echo)RED sale to the Fund for the Global Fund to support COVID-19 response and HIV/AIDS programs in sub-Saharan Africa.

Super Spy Ryan

Amazon announced its collaboration with 9 year-old YouTube influencer Ryan Kaji to launch an original long-form show: Super Spy Ryan, exclusively for Amazon Kids+. Families can watch Ryan and friends adventure together. The special will be available exclusively on Amazon Kids+ starting November 27 in the U.S., U.K., and Canada.

Alexa Routines for Fire TV

Fire TV customers in Canada can now take advantage of Alexa Routines to control their entertainment.  Using the Alexa app, customers can set up Routines to select actions such as powering their Fire TV on or off, opening a specific app, playing specific content, and pausing or resuming content.

DJ Style

This month, Amazon launched DJ style. With DJ speaking style, Alexa will adjust her speaking style when saying an artist name or song –think of her as your own personal DJ! DJ style voice is available on all Alexa-enabled devices with Amazon Music.

New eero Secure Features

eero Securenow offers more control with new features including advanced content filters, Block and Allow Sites, dynamic ad blocking, and data usage insights. As more people work, study, and socialize online, these new features give families more protections and control over their home wifi experience.
