In an interesting video clip shared by Andrew Culver on Twitter, Apple’s latest M1-based MacBook can be seen switching display configurations nearly instantly as compared to previous generation Intel-based MacBooks.

Apple Silicon, limited to the Apple M1 at the moment, is Apple’s proprietary, ARM-based line of processors currently powering the 13-inch 2020 MacBook Pro, the 2020 MacBook Air, and the 2020 Mac mini.
Culver has also shared another clip in which he performs the same display switching on his Intel-based MacBook.
