Telus prepaid brand Public Mobile has launched a Lunar New Year deal, which offers an 8GB bonus data spread over 8 months (1GB per month) and 500 long-distance minutes in Asia.
“Get 1GB data bonus every month for 8 months, plus 500 China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan long distance minutes on select plans,” explains the Public Mobile website.
The fine print says this offer applies to the $25, $35, $40, $45 and $50 plans. The 500 minutes Long Distance Add-on is a one-time add on, with unused minutes rolling over to your next plan cycle.
In order to get the offer, you need to submit your email on the company’s website before February 21 and activate by March 7 to get the promotional offer.
