Petro-Canada Now Lets You Activate a Car Wash from Your iPhone

Petro-Canada has updated its iOS app to let you activate a car wash right from your iPhone.

According to an update released Tuesday, Petro-Canada says, “No more windows down! Now you can activate your car wash (GlideWash & SuperWash) directly from the app. No need to scan barcodes or search for your physical car wash card anymore.”

The addition of controlling a car wash from your iPhone means one less touchpoint, especially during COVID-19. Petro-Canada added contactless payments with Apple Pay back in April of this year, allowing customers to pay at the pump from the iOS app.

Petro-Canada says unnamed minor bug fixes were also applied to this latest update as well.
