You may want to check your email if you’re an Aeroplan member, as right now there’s a free offer of six months of Uber One for select members.
Aeroplan Elite status (formerly Air Canada Altitude) members can get an Uber One membership free for six months. Uber One offers unlimited $0 delivery dee on eligible orders of food, grocery, alcohol and more on Uber Eats.
Other benefits include 5% Uber Cashback on eligible rides with Uber and 5% off orders with Uber Eats.
The email from Aeroplan says you need to click the activation link to “claim my Uber One offer”, but as of writing, some RFD members are saying it results in a broken link. It’s likely this error will be fixed in the coming days.
Aeroplan Elite status members get complimentary checked baggage allowance, Maple Leaf Lounge Access, eUpgrades, priority contacts and priority rewards. Reaching Elite status requires a threshold that can be met by purchasing flights and also on qualifying everyday purchases. Aeroplan and Uber teamed up together back in 2021.
