Amazon Prime Day Canada Deals: July 16-17 Confirmed

Amazon has confirmed that its two-day Prime Day sales event will return for Prime subscribers next month. The promotion event, which sees “millions of deals across more than 35 categories” is set to take place on July 16 and July 17th.

In a press release, Amazon states that Prime Day 2024 will offer sales on everything ranging from electronics, kitchen, beauty, apparel, and more. As tradition dictates, new deals continue to appear as often as every five minutes throughout the event.

This year, Prime subscribers can request an invitation to access ‘Invite-only’ deals. These are placed on items that are expected to sell out quickly. Amazon states this includes up to 45% off JBL headphones and speakers and 35% off the SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7 Wireless Gaming Headset.”.

Coinciding with the Prime Day 2024 date announcement, acclaimed artist Megan Thee Stallion released her latest music video and song It’s Prime Day. Prime subscribers can take a look at ‘Megan Thee Stallion’s Prime Day picks’ which are all inspired by various interests shown throughout the music video. The It’s Prime Day track is streaming exclusively on Amazon Music, ahead of her upcoming album MEGAN, which drops June 28th.

Prime Day will likely be another big draw this year as it’s a great time to grab a new piece of tech or device. Every year, Amazon also spotlights its own devices like the Amazon Echo, Fire TV, Kindles, Ring camera, and more. Amazon is also offering deals on its own services. Prime members who haven’t tried Amazon Music Unlimited can get five months for free. Select Prime Video shows, movies, and channels are also available for up to 50% off.

Prime Day 2024 will be available in Canada alongside many global markets including the U.S., Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Egypt, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, and the UK.
