Apple Music Debuts Five New ‘Mood’ Stations

Apple has added five new mood stations subscribers can tune into. Apple Music users can now tap into mood stations such as Feel GoodEnergyRelaxFocus, and Feeling Blue by expanding the current slate of mood offerings.

Earlier this year, Apple Music introduced the Love and Heartbreak mood stations. These were made available to anyone with an Apple Music subscription. As first reported by 9to5Mac, the mood station offering is expanding with the five new inclusions.

Here’s a more detailed description of each mood station:

  • Feel Good: Happier, energetic music to help lift you up during the day
  • Energy: Energetic tracks to motivate you, whether at work or the gym
  • Relax: Slower, more soothing tunes to help you unwind
  • Focus: Tracks to support concentration, helping you lock in on a task
  • Feeling Blue: More moody songs with melancholic vibes

If you’re winding down for the day and want to relax with some music, the Relax mood station can be found within the Apple Music ‘Find Your Mood’ tab on the Home screen. By navigating to this mood station, you’ll find a collection of curated songs. The same goes for Focus or Feel Good. Apple Music’s mood stations support an endless playlist that offers music based on your personal preferences.

Apple Music is available in Canada for $10.99 per month.
