Apple has released new betas for developers, including iOS 18.2 for the first time. Other similar releases are out for iPadOS and macOS as well:
This release of iOS 18.2 now includes the integration of ChatGPT into Apple Intelligence. Within Settings > Apple Intelligence & Siri, there’s now an option to Extend Apple Intelligence & Siri by picking ChatGPT. From here, you can Setup Prompts to “allow Siri to suggest using ChatGPT when appropriate.”
Also new in iOS 18.2 beta 1 is the redesigned Mail app, that includes categories.
Apple also has included Image Wand (beta), to let users improve Apple Intelligence.
What else is new? Genmoji (personalized emoji), Image Playground (creates images from your text prompts) and also Visual Intelligence (snap a picture and AI explains what it is).
Also new in iOS 18.2 is support for Canada English. Apple said previously official Canada English support will launch in December.
Expect equivalent betas for Public Beta testers soon. Looks like these are the much awaited Apple Intelligence features people have been waiting for, but only if you have an iPhone 15 Pro or newer, and Mac/iPad with M1 or later.

The ChatGPT integration is really well-done!
Image playground is cute, funny but still feel gimmicky sadly!
I think Visual Intelligence is a iPhone 16 and 16 pro only feature. 15 pro is out of luck.
